Our Tech & High Growth team inLondon are growing, and we're currently seeking an Audit Manager to join them on their journey.

About the team...

We provide a seamless service as Audit, Tax, R&D and Early-Stage teams, working together as a unit to put growing companies in the best position to fly!

Our team are leading the way in the Tech & Scale Up sector, which shows through our exceptional growth and our clients trust and satisfaction in the service they receive.

About the day to day...

You'll be working with incredibly inspirational businesses on their journey by getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

• Focusing on planning, executing, and finalising all areas of audit assignments alongside our Directors and Partners
• Reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback and support to the team
• Managing a portfolio of clients and communicating engagement progress, problems, financial information and other business concerns
• Participating in networking and building client relationships
• Achieving engagement profitability - billings and collections
• Supporting partners with business development activities and client tender processes
• Really pulling together and working as part of a team to meet deadlines, actively contribute to help the team to meet its objectives and ensure client demands are exceeded
• Getting actively involved in the guidance and development of Juniors
• Providing technical expertise to ensure audit procedures performed are conducted to correct standards and accounts preparation is accurate

The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.

In addition to those core values, as an Audit Manager you should;

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Looking for a new challenge, or rather somewhere to challenge yourself
• If you are an Assistant Manager looking for the next step in your career, you must have 3 years of experience
• Demonstratable experience managing a variety of audit assignments
• Bags of personality, you're good with people and, oh... you'll be pretty good with numbers too
• The desire to push, challenge, and develop your career
• A keen interest in working with Tech & High Growth companies (experience in this area is desirable)
