The Job Role

• An Area Operations Manager General Manager to lead a successful brand and manage a collection of late night premium venues
• London to Cardiff
• Live Entertainment venues
• The experienced area ops manager will continually drive standards and service forward
• Develop a high-performing and motivated team

• The Area Ops Manager will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• The successful area ops manager will have late night experience
• Live Entertainment experience
• Travel
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
