Job Introduction

Area Manager - North London

Up to £53,500 per annum (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team to oversee multiple sites within a single contract covering North London. The contract delivers Hard & Soft Services including: Cleaning, Security, Reception, Mailroom, Engineering, Water and Grounds Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• To manage the provision of multiple Support Services in the North London Region for the Cadent contract and to have overall to have responsibility for the delivery of all hard and soft Services across the regional portfolio.
• To have a full knowledge of all areas of work to be covered in the course of duty in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Track PPM and reactive job completion from start to end and provide weekly update as minimum to the Regional Property Specialist with minuted actions and weekly tracker.
• Ensuring 100% statutory compliance is maintained at all times on all locations.
• To manage safely all daily activities and adhere to the authority to work process and permit systems.

About You:

Essential

• A minimum of 3 years' experience at a middle multi-site management level, delivering and managing hard and soft services with an exceptional knowledge of these service lines.
• To have managed a varied portfolio of service streams.
• Driving License due to nature of the role.
• SIA Licence holder (able to qualify)
• IOSH Accreditation
