Area Manager - Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking a dedicated Area Manager to oversee operations for two esteemed clients, across the vibrant landscape of the South of England. As an Area Manager, your primary focus will be on enhancing customer experience, exceeding client expectations, efficiently managing the region, and ensuring the smooth execution of Grounds Maintenance contracts.

What you will achieve:

  • Conducting site audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Leading KPI meetings to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing quotes for additional Grounds Maintenance and Tree works and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conducting quality surveys to maintain service excellence.
  • Holding monthly meetings to review progress and discuss strategies for enhancement.
  • Building and fostering a positive team culture among staff members.
