Description
Manages the day to day aspect and running of the Pasta Evangelists Kitchens in an allocated area. Oversees all aspects of the Pasta Evangelists business through creating a culture to be proud of, coaching and supporting, motivating and engaging all employees.
What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:
- Manage weekly personal visits to the sites in your region. Aim to have 7- 9 sites under management.
- Communication - Keep daily contact with all sites, and one-on-one meetings with all sites leaders and weekly calls with all sites to go through the previous week results.
- Hiring - Work on a Hire & retain plan for all sites.
- KPIs - Aim to have 4.8 rating and 90%+ ATP for all sites, and maintain wastage & labour targets.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements associated with recruitment and working practices of employees, such as working time regulations and immigration restrictions.
- Actively Help or consistently recruit and conduct on the job training.
- Conducting and completing robust Performance Appraisals and in line with the company guidelines and timescales.
- Proactively develop Team leaders through continuous coaching and support.
- Pro-active management of all in-Kitchen Employee Relations issues so that all issues are managed in line with statutory requirements and employment law, updating as appropriate.
- Track Team absence, taking action in line with Pasta Evangelists absence management policy where appropriate. Manage team holidays in line with the needs of your business.
- All statutory and company Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations must be strictly adhered to at all times and corrective action taken in a timely manner as necessary.
- Adopt a strong recognition culture that highlights high performing individuals.
- Create a customer-focused environment. Achieve a rating of 4.8*+ for all sites.
- Continuously coach all employees to provide outstanding Product Quality at all times.
- Through exceptional operational standards, consistently seek to maximise the sales in your Kitchen by having all products available at all times. Aim to achieve ATP of 90% + and
- Rating of 4.8* on take-away platforms.
- Set and communicate daily/ weekly Sales Goals to the team, striving to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Recognise and celebrate exceptional sales achievements with the team.
- Maximise the profitability of the Kitchen by understanding and controlling all Kitchen costs (e.g. labour, food).
Who you are:
- Minimum of three years experience in managing a hospitality outlet. Multi-site experience is preferred.
- Great analytical thinker, working to fulfil KPI's, with the proven ability to drive sales.
- A can-do, will-do attitude.
- A highly adaptable candidate who is able to switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next.
- Pasta Evangelists Cloud Kitchens opens on weekends and late nights. It is essential for you to work shifts including weeknights and weekends.
- You will be an inspirational leader, displaying excellent management skills along with identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills will allow you to embed and drive the Pasta Evangelists DNA in the team, along with ensuring all back of the house and operational procedures are adhered to.
