Job Introduction

Area Manager- Southern Health

• Competitive Annual Salary plus Company Car
• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• Managing sites In Petersfield, Havent and Gosport
• NHS/Knowledge of the Healthcare sector preferable

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage cleaning and catering services across multiple sites, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
• Develop and implement efficient operational strategies tailored to each hospital's unique needs.
• Collaborate with hospital management to create a welcoming and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Train, support, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service every day.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing cleaning and catering operations, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and customer care.
• Flexibility to travel across multiple sites within the region, with a Full UK Driving Licence due to the remoteness of some site locations
