Role Overview:
Implementer of recovery strategy by driving attendance and performance of designated cinemas. Facilitation of brilliant operations through use of guest led insight. Ensure KPIs are leveraged to drive the recovery plan and continued business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistent and brilliant operational execution in cinemas, using guest led data and insight to deliver the perfect guest experience whilst putting the cinema at the heart of the community.
• Optimising and sharing of best practices cross functionally (for example: film booking, payroll management and resource planning).
• Build a highly engaged and high performing team to deliver the Recovery Plan, through business ownership, inspirational leadership, managing area resources and KPIs and building a continuous talent pipeline.
