AbouttheRole

As Regional Director, you will lead and oversee branch performance across the London region. Partnering closely with the wider leadership team, you will cultivate a thriving culture, drive commercial performance, and ensure our teams deliver exceptional results

KeyResponsibilities

  • Actasabrandambassador, leading by example and mentoring high-performing teams across the region.
  • Translatethecompanyvisionintoclear,actionabledirectionforyourcolleagues,ensuringalignmentwithstrategicgoals.
  • Coach,develop,andmanageallemployeestooptimiseperformanceandsupportcareergrowth.
  • Overseeregionalbranchoperations,includingsettingdevelopmentpathwaysandmanagingtheP&L.
  • Drivehighlevelsofemployeeengagementthrougheffectiveactionplanning,proactiverecruitment,retentioninitiatives,andpeople-firstleadership.
  • Monitorandreportonregionalperformance,deliveringagainstkeyfinancial,commercial,andoperationaltargets.
  • Identifyandaddressunderperformancepromptly,providingguidanceandsupporttobranchesrequiringadditionaldirection.
  • Growmarketsharesignificantly through proactive working practices and by identifying opportunities for business growth.
