Position: Area Director
Location: The convenience of working from home with the requirement to attend sites/Meetings/Office's as required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Portfolio Details:
As Area Director , you will be responsible for leading experienced Property Management teams to ensure the seamless running of a high-profile and diverse property portfolio. You will oversee all aspects of portfolio management, ensuring developments are efficiently managed, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of service. In this role, you will also act as the primary contact for leading developer clients, using your expertise in stakeholder management to build strong, long-term relationships and align their goals with the objectives of property management.
This position offers flexibility, requiring you to be in London at least two days a week, while allowing you to work remotely or from other London offices for the rest of the week. The role demands a combination of leadership, property management expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, ensuring both your teams and clients are well-supported and delivering exceptional results.
The Team
You will work closely with other property professionals and report to a Divisional Director. The wider team meets regularly to exchange industry knowledge, providing opportunities for collaborative learning and development.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Area Director at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Lead and support property management teams, ensuring high standards across all developments.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of leasehold properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major stakeholders, including developers, leaseholders, and contractors.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Drive operational efficiency, overseeing budgets, service charge collections, and financial performance for all properties.
- Manage health and safety compliance, ensuring all developments meet legal requirements and regular risk assessments are conducted.
- Develop and implement strategies for long-term maintenance and improvement of properties, safeguarding asset value.
- Collaborate with the Divisional Director and wider teams to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement across the business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure the portfolio remains compliant.
