You'll join our North East Region to lead our East South Yorkshire Area of 14 practices, covering practices across the East Coast of Yorkshire to Doncaster.

• The role is permanent and full-time
• You are likely to be travelling within your area four days per week with one administration day at home

Your future, your role

As an Area Development Manager, you'll be:

• Leading and coaching your teams to provide outstanding patient care
• Recruiting and developing a high-performing management team to deliver their financial targets and KPIs
• Working in partnership with your Clinical Development Advisor and Clinical Director to support the development and growth of the self-employed clinicians in your team
• Leading effective clinician recruitment and proactively support the onboarding process
• Ensuring excellence across the practice regulatory compliance and clinical standards are in line with mydentist policies and guidance
• Building effective relationships with your regional support functions to drive performance in all aspects of the business

You will enjoy being part of a team that is passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.

You will have:

• Multi-site operational management experience with a history of growing performance and demonstrating strong leadership
• Strong business acumen with experience analysing data and insight to make commercial decisions
• Ideally experience managing CAPEX project
