Property valuation is at the heart of this apprenticeship which will prepare you for a rewarding career in this fast-paced sector with Leicester City Council's Estates and Building Services Division. Our Real Estate and Valuation Surveyors have an extensive understanding of the property industry, and confidently display their knowledge to clients.

Reporting to your line manager and professional mentor/lead tutor you'll build comprehensive professional skills and knowledge through this Level 6 Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship will be delivered on a part-time day release basis over a 55-month period where 20% of your job, one day per week, will be university-based off the job training and the remaining 80%, four days per week, will be office-based working with one of our experienced Senior Asset Manager.

You'll be available for an immediate start and meet the entry requirements and person specification. You'll be based at City Hall, Monday to Friday on a full-time basis. However, we do offer flexible working hours. Tuition costs are fully paid for through the Council's Apprenticeship Levy and are non-contributory.
