Salary: £41,361+ depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting in the day-to-day delivery of Service Request, and general monitoring activities
- Incident and Request Management through our toolset Service Now
- Contributing to, and maintain a support knowledge base
- Toolset Account Management across a variety of Air platforms.
- Working with international partners, 3rd party support on data transfers
- Providing specialist support to US programmes
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Fault Resolution/Escalation
- Engaging with software updates, testing and training
- Reporting on toolset data, and service statistics
- Ongoing Professional Development on Aerospace toolsets
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Extensive knowledge of IT support and PLM tools
- Understanding of IT Service Delivery, and a very proficient IT professional
- Experience of a Design and/or Manufacturing environment
Desirable:
- Willingness to learn
- Awareness of ITIL V4 Terminology
- Experience of supporting CAD tools
- Open to overseas travel

The ESCC PLM Support Team:
The ESCC PLM Support Team is a small, diverse and highly skilled team supporting our end users across the Design, Planning and Manufacturing disciplines on a wide variety of Air platforms.
We ensure our Engineering community have the toolsets and guidance needed to design and build the next generation of Air Defence products. With a particular focus on supporting multiple Siemens Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments and its related US Programmes, Eurofighter and FCAS programmes, this role requires a highly skilled, self-motivated, problem-solving individual who can adapt quickly and, with the available training and support, is open to continuous professional development.
