How you'll play your part

We're looking for someone self-motivated and results driven, who has proven track record of supporting and managing high profile applications and has a strong understanding of business processes. In this role, you'll utilise ITIL Service Management skills and experience to proactively deliver application management and support processes throughout the entire application lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of highly effective, reliable, and efficient solutions to our business users, ensuring their utmost satisfaction
We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise to the forefront. You will develop, maintain, and leverage your expert understanding of business use, application landscapes, integration, data dependencies, and support processes. Your role will be crucial in effectively leading and collaborating with various stakeholders, including the business, IT functions and external vendors. Your proficiency will be key in delivering excellence in applications management and operations tasks.
You'll take charge of leading collaboration with solution owners, providers, and application domain teams. Drawing upon your extensive knowledge and experience of applications, you'll actively identify opportunities to enhance user experiences through strategic training, functional improvements, and automation. Your insights will play a vital role in refining solution design, usage, and overall operations, with the ultimate goal of reducing incident volumes and requests
Experience & Skills: With over 12 months experience in Software Development Lifecycle, you'll be capable of comprehending and acting upon technical application, integration, and data information. You'll be educated to a degree level with over 18 months post graduate working experience and be ITIL certified with 12 months experience in the use of IT Service Management Skills. You will be highly organised, self-motivated and results driven with meticulous attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Your analytical, problem-solving, and logical-thinking skills enable you to comprehend and act upon technical application, integration and data information. You'll possess the ability to anticipate, identify, eliminate, and contain technical and business risks and issues
Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills allow you to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring stakeholder engagement
