Overview
We are hiring an Analytics Senior Executive to help turn complex data into clear, meaningful decisions for some of the world's most ambitious brands. This role sits at the heart of how we shape media strategy, measure impact, and guide clients towards more effective outcomes. You'll work alongside media, strategy, and analytics specialists to uncover insight that genuinely influences performance. If you enjoy making sense of data and seeing your thinking travel into real-world action, this role offers both scope and support to grow.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Analysing campaign, audience, and performance data to surface insight, opportunity, and risk.
- Translating analysis into practical recommendations on what to scale, optimise, or stop.
- Partnering with media and strategy teams to improve performance through ongoing learning and optimisation.
- Supporting audience strategy by bringing together insight across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Delivering accurate, consistent cross-channel reporting across the full campaign lifecycle.
- Building clear dashboards and visualisations that make insight accessible to different stakeholders.
- Contributing ideas and curiosity that strengthen both client outcomes and how we work as a team.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for
- Experience working in an analytics or reporting role within a media agency or client-side environment.
- Confidence using Excel for analysis, including formulas, pivots, and data preparation.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and/or Python, with the ability to apply them to analysis and light automation.
- Understanding of how data flows through reporting pipelines, including joins and data structure.
- Exposure to marketing data or visualisation tools such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar.
- A structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and comfort explaining analysis, with support from senior colleagues when needed.
