Overview

We're hiring a Global Analytics Manager to play a central role in how one of the world's most iconic brands understands, measures and improves its media performance. Sitting within Publicis One's Global Data & Analytics team, you'll help turn complex global data into insight that genuinely shapes decisions across markets. This is a role with visibility, influence and purpose, working at the intersection of data, creativity and media strategy. Responsibilities

  • Leading the collection, consolidation and quality assurance of global media and campaign data across markets and channels.
  • Turning complex, cross-channel datasets into clear insights that inform planning, optimisation and decision-making.
  • Creating compelling analysis and visual storytelling that brings performance to life for diverse audiences.
  • Partnering closely with global and local teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose.
  • Managing global reporting deliverables, timelines and stakeholder communication with confidence and clarity.
  • Championing best practice in reporting, standardisation and measurement approaches across the business.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to evolve tools, processes and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with media and marketing data, including performance metrics and cross-channel analysis.
  • Confidence handling large, complex datasets and translating them into practical, actionable insight.
  • Strong Excel capability and comfort creating clear, client-ready presentations.
  • An analytical mindset, with curiosity to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills, able to tailor insight for different stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills across multiple workstreams and markets.
  • A collaborative approach, enjoying teamwork across disciplines, cultures and geographies.
