Overview

Join Publicis One's Global Data & Analytics team and play a pivotal role in shaping how one of the world's most iconic brands measures, understands and optimises its global media performance. Supporting The LEGO Group, this role sits at the heart of global measurement and reporting transforming complex, cross-market data into clear, impactful insights that drive smarter decision making at scale.

As Global Analytics Manager, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality global reporting, uncover meaningful media insights, and collaborate closely with strategy, planning and market teams across more than 55 markets worldwide.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the collection, consolidation and quality assurance of global campaign data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a single source of truth
  • Translate complex, cross-channel media data into clear insights, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Manage core client deliverables and timelines, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on time across global workstreams
  • Partner with global and local teams across strategy, planning, investment and digital to interrogate data and optimise performance
  • Champion best practice across reporting, dashboards and measurement approaches, continuously driving improvements and efficiencies

Qualifications

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in media analytics, with a solid understanding of media planning, buying and performance metrics (e.g. CPM, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
  • Experience working with large, cross-market and cross-channel datasets to deliver meaningful insights
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capability, with experience creating client-ready outputs
  • Confident communicator, able to simplify complex data for varied audiences and stakeholders
  • Organised, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
