Overview
We are looking for an Analytics Manager.
This is an opportunity to work with one of the world's finest global technology firms, Adobe.pub, in a team dedicated to delivering the greatest digital marketing in the world. It is an interesting, dynamic, and diverse workplace in which to manage significant budgets and learn from the top practitioners.
We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This person should exude confidence and be able to motivate, educate and aid the development of other members of the team. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to 'hit the ground running', and for the most part be able to manage their team autonomously.
The role reports to the Analytics Lead.
Responsibilities
Advanced Analytics
•Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into actionable analyses
•Apply statistical methods and advanced analytical approaches to uncover insights
•Conduct campaign performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and strategic recommendations
•Perform full-funnel analyses to measure the impact of upper-funnel marketing activities on conversion and revenue
•Execute deep-dive analyses to identify trends, optimization levers, and performance drivers
•Develop playbooks based on successful strategies for scaling across markets
•Produce clear, insightful reports and dashboards for presentations, blogs, and client deliverables
Data Transformation & Visualisation
•Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize marketing and performance data effectively
•Develop and manage data pipelines to ingest data from multiple sources (internal and external)
•Perform data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation to ensure accuracy and usability
•Implement data quality checks and validation procedures
•Collaborate with data engineers to optimise infrastructure for reporting and analytics
Communication
•Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders with varying technical expertise
•Present results confidently in client meetings (virtual and in-person)
•Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, organize meetings, and resolve blockers to keep projects on track
Collaboration & Leadership
•Act as a key contributor within a collaborative team environment
•Mentor junior analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering professional growth
•Support the Analytics Director in driving excellence and innovation within the team.
Qualifications
Required
•Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, including campaign evaluation and optimization
•Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and attribution models
•Expertise in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
•Advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, array formulas)
•Ability to interpret complex data and craft compelling, insight-driven narratives
•Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
•Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
•Exposure to web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4). Collaborative mindset and client-focused approach.
Preferred
•Experience in large-scale marketing analytics (budgets > £10m p.a.) within agencies or client-side
•Intermediate SQL and familiarity with Python or R for automation. Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
