This is an analytical role in Supply Chain, which requires data-driven decision making, clear communication, a strong understanding of business priorities, and a collaborative
approach. This role gives a diverse range of opportunities for developing your career at Tesco:
• Leading Change
Building engagement for our work in the wider business, influencing partners across different functions to deliver real change. Example projects: Informing ranging decisions
through customer and market analysis
• Reporting and Insight
Understanding store performance and turning it into useful insight to identify new opportunities to deliver value for customers. Example projects: producing daily reporting of
performance metrics to shape operational decisions; root causing issues and opportunities to support future change projects
You will need
• A good eye for business and the drive to make changes to the way the company
operates
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, combined with the ability to simplify
problems and implement practical solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and collaborate with
other teams to deliver to objectives
• Capability to innovate new and pragmatic solutions using your own ideas
