Amazon Client Account Manager

As an Amazon Client Account Manager, the purpose is to take charge of their clients' day-to-day operations. As the primary point of contact, you will craft quarterly strategies and generate monthly/weekly reports with support from the PPC team. Their advanced software streamlines many daily tasks, ensuring a manageable workload. The primary emphasis is on growth and fostering client relationships, with the opportunity to lead client calls early in your journey with them.

Key responsibilities:

Resolve issues with seller central and monitor product-related concerns using their software.

Optimise content, including creating and enhancing product listings, brand stores, and assets.

Confidently conduct A/B tests on listing pages.

Monitor inventory, coordinate with clients using their software and Amazon, and ensure PPC strategy aligns with ASIN stock levels to avoid storage fees.

Generate inventory and sales projections using their software, collaborating with the Head of PPC to devise successful client strategies.

Utilise tools like Helium10 for keyword ranking and market research data, tracking competition and market trends.

Track PPC spend and sales velocity versus the plan, ensuring coordination on client strategies with the Head of PPC.

Contribute to implementing and managing internal operations and client management processes.

Assist in building and maintaining an up-to-date SOP library, ensuring adherence to best practices in all aspects of their work.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

Knowledge of Amazon PPC, paired with robust client-facing and management capabilities.

A minimum of 2 years of experience with Amazon.

Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.

The ability to craft comprehensive Amazon strategies and effectively communicate with clients, ensuring maximum support for their growth.

Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in creating and presenting reports.

Proficient in using Excel and Amazon Flat files.
