Job Description

The Airline Relationship Manager, is instrumental in providing support on all operational engagement with our airline customers.

Successful candidates will have a natural ability to build strong, strategic relationships and guide, inform and support Heathrow and our customers through periods of change, such as Airline moves, New Entrants and Terminal Moves.

You will lead on performance conversations with our Airlines to drive improvements and deliver for passengers. Use available data and KPI to lead discussions and track performance.

In addition to this. You will be a key custodian of passenger automation in Operations, creating a road-map of prioritisation and integration into the operation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, working cross-functionally to align communications and priorities
• Collaborate internally to align communications and priorities
• Be a key player in integrating passenger automation into our operations, creating a roadmap for success
• Streamline communication between Heathrow and airlines, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Chair regular governance reviews to ensure processes are efficient and relevant

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of airline operations
• Competent in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in account management with a knack for building strong, collaborative relationships
• Ability to chair and facilitate senior-level meetings, handle challenging discussions, and drive positive outcomes

Ideally, you will also have:

• Previous experience working with airlines and stakeholders is a plus

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
