Required (minimum)
Interpreting Business Needs
Must develop an understanding of the business strategy drivers and the business problems to be solved by a given solution.
Must have a basic understanding of value streams, business process and capability.
Understanding Data and Analytics
Must have a good understanding of data, data science and how D&A can be used to guide business decision making.
Must have a good understanding of data architecture, data management and the overlap with privacy, security and compliance.
Assessing Technology
Must be able to assess existing and future solutions requirements and identify AI model/vendor selection.
Must be able to assess the wider needs of an AI solution - from a data development environment to its fit once developed in the wider architecture.
Applying Technology
Must understand existing enterprise technologies and their standard applications, as well as the application of new technologies, when needed.
Providing Enterprise Guidance
Must guide the delivery of an AI solution architecture for a given initiative complying with enterprise reference architecture.

Desired:
Demonstrate significant experience in producing solution designs for complex transformation projects in telecommunications.
Experience presenting architectural solutions to technical governance forums and business stakeholders.
Experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the deployment of Agents across the business.
Experience in usage of Azure OpenAI Models.

Education level / Qualifications (professional, vocational):
Required (minimum):
A-levels or equivalent.

Desired:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, system analysis (or a related study) or equivalent experience.

Required (minimum):
Able to work independently to translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives; documents all AI solution architecture design and analysis work.
Guides the development and delivery of a data strategy for AI solution training, testing and deployment.
Creates architectural designs to guide and contextualize AI solution development across products, services, projects and systems, including applications,
technologies, processes and information.
Leads evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of an AI solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies, based on enterprise business strategies, business capabilities, value streams, business requirements and enterprise standards.
Develops data management strategies for AI model development, training and Deployment.
Articulates the business impact of AI solutions that translates technical performance into business success metrics.
Demonstrates a good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies.
Provides presentation skills to relevant stakeholders and technical audiences.
Excellent inter-personal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and matrix teams
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:
A minimum of five years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines (e.g., technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development).
At least two years of experience of AI/ML solution design and development.
