They're currently seeking resourceful, energetic Founding Engineers who is deeply passionate about LLM (Language Model) technology. Their Beta product has already been deployed in multinational real estate enterprises, featuring an AI named Sonya, who operates within emails, parsing text and PDF attachments, and responding in meticulously formatted HTML.

With their first Founding Engineers already enhancing Sonya's capabilities, they're now seeking additional talent to propel their project to new heights. They're looking for someone with expertise in Python and a fervent interest in Langchain, LLMFlows, or another Python LLM library of their choosing. If you're the type to tinker with Google Vertex AI while binge-watching The Witcher, you might be the perfect fit for us.

In this role you'll be reporting to the co-founder, responsible for refining their Beta product into a user-friendly, efficient AI platform leveraging proprietary real estate data, and eventually expanding into other industries such as art.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Collaborate closely with a compact team of engineers to conceptualize, create, and implement scalable software solutions that incorporate large language models (LLMs).
• Engage in hands-on collaboration with product management and clients to refine and execute feature specifications.
• Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, spanning from initial planning to final deployment.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and product strategy, ensuring congruence with organizational objectives.
• Foster a culture of coding excellence and system design, establishing enduring best practices for sustained expansion.
• Enhancing their prompt classification system to streamline customer workflows by accurately identifying their requirements.

Requirements

What they're seeking:

• Demonstrated proficiency in software engineering evidenced by a robust portfolio of past endeavors.
• Solid grounding in programming and systems design, with a particular emphasis on Python or analogous technologies.
• Prior exposure to early-stage startup environments, comfortable navigating their dynamic pace.
• Tangible enthusiasm and hands-on experience in leveraging large language models and AI technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude and adeptness in both independent and collaborative settings.
• Superior communication skills, adept at working harmoniously within a diverse team.
• Uncomplicated eligibility to work, with availability for at least one in-office collaboration day per week.
