Overview

The Product Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll shape the narrative that underpins sales conversations, lead go-to-market strategy for new capabilities, and personally create the assets that support complex, enterprise-level deals. A key differentiator of this role is the opportunity to build and operate AI-native marketing systems that scale insight, quality and speed across regions.

You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Global Capabilities and regional teams, with clear accountability for outcomes such as adoption, seller confidence and competitive win rate.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the global positioning and narrative for OneSuiteAI, informed by ongoing competitive and market analysis across platforms, martech providers and industry peers.
  • Create high-impact sales and marketing assets used in live deals, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, FAQs and RFP frameworks.
  • Partner with Product and Product Operations to lead go-to-market activity for new capabilities, platform expansions and market launches.
  • Embed OneSuiteAI into broader Performics and Publicis Media propositions while maintaining a clear and differentiated value proposition.
  • Build and maintain a central, living library of OneSuiteAI collateral for global and local teams.
  • Define launch frameworks, success metrics and post-launch review cadences, with ownership of adoption and pipeline influence.
  • Design and operate AI-native production systems that enable scalable, high-quality research and content creation across markets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in product marketing within martech, adtech or performance marketing technology, with exposure to agency and advertiser buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally produce clear, persuasive narrative assets that are actively used by senior sales teams.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern AI and advertising ecosystems, including agentic architectures, data flows and connected platforms.
  • Proven experience running customer discovery, win/loss analysis and competitive research to sharpen positioning and messaging.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI-native workflows, including prompt design, context frameworks, agent orchestration and output evaluation.
  • Experience operating effectively in complex, matrixed organisations, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Comfort working in evolving environments where product, messaging and go-to-market inputs continue to develop.
