• Lead the design and implementation of governance processes across the AI lifecycle, from initial concept through development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing assurance ensuring policies and practices are adopted through effective culture, communication and training.

• Provide AI assurance expertise, helping clients assess their AI systems (including GenAI and Agentic) and ensure they meet regulatory expectations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring governance approaches are strategically aligned and embedded across the organisation.

• Business development, leading major proposals, shaping propositions and campaigns, contributing to pitches, engaging clients, and building long-term relationships that support account growth.

• Internal leadership, shaping the team's strategic direction and developing its capability, through sharing knowledge and helping colleagues stay ahead of new governance approaches, regulatory changes, and industry trends.

Your Profile

As part of the AI Governance & Trust team, you'll help set the direction for the future of responsible AI consulting.
