The Agile People and Performance Manager is responsible for working with Domain and Sub Domain leadership to define, develop and improve agile learning and coaching to support teams. The role is a custodian of agile standards and will share knowledge to enable a strong agile culture, use of best practice and continuous improvement. The role will require working with relevant stakeholders to create clear, cross cutting coaching and learning plans to be delivered via the agile coaching team. The role is also responsible for line management of lead agile and agile coaches and providing 3rd Party Scrum Master resource where necessary.
What's the job?
- Work closely with Domain/Sub Domain Leadership to define and agree direction for Agile Delivery, Coaching and Practice at the Enterprise level within Kingfisher technology.
- Collate and share data and insight (gathered by Agile Coaches) with Domain leadership to provide insight on overarching Agile Performance and Culture, use insight to shape coaching and practice strategy, objectives and plans.
- Act as the custodian of Agile Principles and Standards, Enterprise Processes and Career and Skills Frameworks on behalf of Domain Leadership within Kingfisher Technology.
- Lead the design, implementation and management of Agile Enterprise Processes, Standards, Principles, Agile Career and Skills Framework and Agile Learning at Kingfisher Technology in partnership with Domain and Sub-Domain Leadership.
- Co-ordinate, run and evolve the Agile CoP, sharing insight and running sessions targeted to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement by sharing industry knowledge and expertise.
- Line Manage permanent and contract Agile Coaches as required to meet the needs of the Kingfisher Technology.
- Run targeted ideation, improvement and innovation events at the Domain / Sub-Domain level, using data and insight to identify improvement areas and working with the team to design improvement initiatives
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience in Scrum and Agile practices.
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams.
- Strong track record of driving change and high performance.
- Proven ability to drive change, take ownership of their delivery and be an effective communicator
- Experienced Agile coach in a complex and large Agile organisation
