Here at evoke, we're looking for a Leeds-based Agile Delivery Manager to act as a driver between the initial concept or requirement and the final functional product or service.

You'll be responsible for 2-3 development teams, leading them through a collaborative and iterative journey to deliver solutions that meet user needs and drive business value on a committed timeline.

Whether this work is part of a project or product roadmap, you'll utilise your skillset to ensure successful delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with teams and stakeholders, you'll take initial concepts, user stories or product improvement ideas. You'll break these down into achievable milestones with the teams, ensuring clarity, plans and alignment with the overall project or product roadmap.
  • Championing Agile methodologies, even within projects. Facilitating short, iterative development cycles, ensuring teams deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment you'll work closely with various teams outside of your own development teams (design, compliance, marketing etc) to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.
  • E mbracing change you'll navigate unexpected challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure teams adapt to evolving requirements or technical complexities.
  • S uccessfully delivering assigned projects or product features. You'll monitor progress, coordinate the identification and mitigation of risks, and ensure teams meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • K eeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones, ensuring transparency, and managing expectations.

  • Agile Experience with a good understanding of Agile methodologies and behaviours is crucial for managing our projects and product innovation effectively.
  • Influence and collaboration experience to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Project Management Skills you'll possess planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk management skills to keep projects on track.
  • A solid understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle process alongside experienced communication skills.
