Vodafone Group/Vodafone Business is seeking an Agile Project/Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

  • Lead the delivery of projects/epics/capabilities using SAFe Agile methodology.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure financial management.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at different levels.
  • Influence and build effective relationships within Vodafone Business, Group Technology, and Local Markets.
  • Apply best practices in a pragmatic way to achieve value delivery and milestones.

Who you are

  • A skilled project manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications/IT product development.
  • Proficient in agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Strong in people management, collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledgeable in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Degree educated with formal project/programme management qualifications (SAFe, PMP, MSP, or Prince 2).
