Job Description

What's it all about?

We're looking for a passionate, high-agency Agile Delivery Analyst to join Currencycloud (Visa). Your mission is to chase down and remove all impediments for a scrum team so you can all concentrate on quickly and sustainably delivering value for our customers and business.

Your work will be framed by three questions:

1. Quality requirements: Do the engineers and stakeholders have all the documentation and knowledge needed to deliver value for our customers and business?

2. Agile & lean practices: How can we ensure a culture of continuous learning when it comes to agile and lean practices?

3. Delivery Management: What can be done to identify and remove all impediments faced by the scrum teams in delivering value for our customers?

What we expect of you, day to day:

Quality requirements:

  • Ensuring requirements are at just the right level of detail to take into sprint, including functional & non-functional requirements.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops for the team and stakeholders to emphasis a collaborative approach to requirements definition.
  • Collaborating in the writing of epics and user stories

Delivery management:

  • Doing what is needed to unblock the scrum teams during the sprint
  • Reporting and managing operational delivery metrics
  • Create and maintain a delivery roadmap that outlines the prioritised features and milestones to achieve team and business objectives
  • Holding the team accountable for their delivery commitments and coaching continuous improvement
  • Drive the execution of deliverables across multiple teams and functions, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, dependencies, and impacts.
  • Stakeholder management

Agile & lean practices:

  • Leading/coordinating standard agile ceremonies for business-critical initiatives and complex assignments related to size or technical build
  • Suggesting improvements to agile ways of working
  • Coaching scrum teams on agile best practices

This is a remote position in the UK. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
