About the Role:

As an Aftersales Manager you will be an integral member and leader within the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting a small team of technicians to consistently achieve their individual targets, whilst maintaining quality of work.
• Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
• Managing and assisting aftersales advisors with cross functional tasks; including customer interactions, front of house responsibilities, and within the parts department.
• Positively impact and contribute to the performance of the aftersales department, through identifying opportunities to increase profitability and exceed objectives.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. aftersales manager, service manager, front of house manager etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
• Demonstrable success in achieving team and departmental targets
• Strong organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
