The Role

As the Affiliates & Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimising the affiliates marketing program for Mulberry. This role involves developing our central strategy, overseeing the relationships with affiliates as well as monitoring, optimising and reporting on performance to support brand objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Generating reports and providing analysis on publisher performance, and ensuring commentary is accurate and insightful with a view to improving activity.

- Regular calls with the network to support conversion activity to .com via content, shopping portal, loyalty, cashback and reward partners.

- Producing competitor benchmarks, while proactively advising on affiliate industry trends and identifying opportunities for .com growth on full-price product.

- Optimising existing publisher relationships in UK, US & EU and recruiting new and exciting publisher opportunities for advertisers.

- Supporting performance team in expanding affiliate programs to USA & Northern Europe.

- Presenting confidently, both to internal and external stakeholders.

- Building relevant and comprehensive exposure roadmaps to maintain traffic and conversion to .com week over week.

- Ensure our networks are up to date with all technology, datafeeds and tracking optimisations.

- Regular attendance to publisher and network offices to strengthen client partnerships.

- Measure and evaluate the efficacies of channel through agreed KPIs such as ROI, sales and traffic.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Network or agency background, brand side experience is also a plus working across luxury or premium retail sectors.

- Experience in the affiliate industry.

- Understanding of datafeeds.

- UK primary focus but US & EU experience also desirable.
