Overview

Please Note: This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We're hiring for an Adobe Campaign Specialist. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our CRM capabilities at Digitas by bringing the latest trends, approaches, and solutions to our clients and their customer communications. You'll be the go to person for all things Adobe Campaign - consulting our clients on how to better use the platform, whilst also responsible for optimizing campaigns and supporting new business proposals. Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the go-to person within Digitas for all things Adobe (Campaign Classic or Standard, and Adobe Journey Optimizer).
  • Responsible for campaign optimisation, innovation, and best practice delivery using Adobe.
  • Conduct audits, build workflows, create documentation, and recommend performance enhancements.
  • Support new business proposals.
  • Play an integral role in nurturing and growing relationships with Adobe.
  • Collaborate with teams across Digitas and the Publicis Groupe to support and improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Certifications in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Standard, and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Experience with personalization platforms like Movable Ink is a bonus.
  • Ability to navigate client internal silos and work within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with data, tech, strategy, and creative teams.
  • Strong experience with HTML and CSS for email templates.
  • Proficient in Custom JavaScript for Adobe Campaign using data from XML feeds.
  • Strong stakeholder liaison skills and problem-solving abilities.
