Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Desirable criteria

  • Computer Literacy Course e.g. ECDL

Knowledge

Essential criteria

  • Knowledge of key current NHS issues including 18 weeks
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes.
  • Experience working in the NHS - CRS, digital dictation systems

Desirable criteria

  • Awareness of Trust Policy and Procedure

Skills

Essential criteria

  • Proficient in use of Software systems
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work as part of a team

Experience

Essential criteria

  • People Management Experience
  • Experience of Supervising staff
  • Experience of waiting list management and patient pathway analysis
  • Experience of validation of PTL
  • Experience working in the NHS

Desirable criteria

  • Experience in working part of improvement projects
