Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
- Computer Literacy Course e.g. ECDL
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of key current NHS issues including 18 weeks
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes.
- Experience working in the NHS - CRS, digital dictation systems
Desirable criteria
- Awareness of Trust Policy and Procedure
Skills
Essential criteria
- Proficient in use of Software systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work as part of a team
Experience
Essential criteria
- People Management Experience
- Experience of Supervising staff
- Experience of waiting list management and patient pathway analysis
- Experience of validation of PTL
- Experience working in the NHS
Desirable criteria
- Experience in working part of improvement projects
