Looking for an A&D Manager to lead engagement with London and wider reach architecture and design community. This is a client-facing role at the intersection of creativity and commerce-ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and translating design intent into workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with architecture and design firms across London
• Act as the primary liaison between A&D clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment
• Host showroom tours, product presentations, and networking events to showcase our portfolio and services
• Collaborate with designers to specify furniture solutions that align with project goals and aesthetic vision
• Track market trends, upcoming projects, and key influencers within the design community
• Work closely with sales, design, and project management teams to support bids and proposals
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and thought-leadership forums

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial furniture, interiors, or design/build sector
• Strong network within the London A&D community
• Confident communicator with a flair for storytelling and visual presentation
• Commercially astute with an understanding of design intent, specification processes, and project timelines
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for design
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
