We are looking for an inspirational ACE Lead to join our supportive and collaborative team. Our core purpose is to provide every child with strong foundations for future success in and out of school. We are part of The Kemnal Academy Trust (TKAT) who have a dedicated programme of support and network for disadvantaged children (ACE). The ideal ACE Lead is someone who has:

*A passion to inspire our most vulnerable learners

*A belief that they can, through the actions of others, change the lives of our most vulnerable pupils

*An ability to manage the schools' ACE tutors on a daily basis by inspiring, supporting and holding them to account

*To be resourceful, tenacious and well-organised

*Ability to use data

*Ability to hold people to account

*Knowledge of external agencies
