Accounts Payable Manager
£45,000-£50,000 per annum.
St. Albans- 3 days office based, 2 days remote.
This role is due to growth of the organisation and you will manage a team of three Accounts Payable Clerk's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounts payable team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain accounts payable procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Reconcile and Monitor accounts payable transactions, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Preparation of month-end closing reports and reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to general ledger
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimise efficiency
