We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing business.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our operations, overseeing a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts across Yorkshire. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone with a strong work ethic, who is highly organised, and possesses excellent client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial cleaning clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and effectively resolve any issues that arise.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of cleaning staff for your accounts.
• Conduct regular audits of cleaning accounts to ensure high standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a willingness to assist with cleaning duties when required to support the team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure new client opportunities, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

• A salary of £32,000 and bonus potential. You will also be paid for monthly audits of client sites.
