Overview
We are hiring an Account Manager to join our Starcom team, partnering with a luxury retailer across a portfolio of iconic fragrance brands. This role sits at the centre of the client relationship, shaping how luxury brands connect with audiences through insight-led, multi-channel campaigns. You'll bring together strategy, execution and collaboration to deliver work that makes a measurable difference. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, from insight development through to execution and performance learning
- Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable briefs for cross-channel activation teams
- Build strong, trusted relationships with PUIG stakeholders and guide day-to-day client discussions
- Use data and performance insights to optimise campaigns and inform future planning decisions
- Oversee the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring quality across timelines, budgets and outputs
- Work collaboratively across internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated media plans
- Support team development by coaching a junior team member and contributing to a positive team culture
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive within a media or communications environment
- Confidence leading campaign planning conversations and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of multi-channel media planning and campaign delivery
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Organised and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Clear communicator who builds trust and works effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Collaborative approach, with a growth mindset and interest in media, culture or the beauty category
