Overview
We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get the job done! No two days will be the same, it's fast paced and fun, and we want someone who is comfortable and confident to juggle multiple projects & stakeholders at any one time.
Covering all brands for P&G this is a busy role that requires organisation, client management and the ability to work with the design team and manage their workload.
We need someone who is proactive and always thinking two steps ahead about how we can go above and beyond client expectations. A creative problem solver, with a strong shopper / ecomm background, you will have an eye to spot opprotunity and build business whilst managing internal and external stakeholders, whilst working alongside another Account Manager.
The role is based on site with the client at their Weybridge Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Be the day-to-day key contact for the client.
- Plan and schedule the design teams workload.
- Manage client expectations aligned to delivery and needs and internal SLA's.
- Fully understand the capability of PG ONE Shopper & Ecomm.
- You will need to be on the pulse of all projects, working across all areas of the Shopper & Ecomm projects.
- Understanding developments in the communications landscape across all touchpoints including digital, continually upgrading your understanding of what and how this can be leveraged on the accounts you work on.
- Managing finance & ensuring P&G processes are adhered to.
Qualifications
- You are the lynchpin of the team in Weybridge driving the business forward and making sure it runs like clock-work.
- You lean into problems.
- You're a cultural engine: contributing to foster a culture where everyone can enjoyably collaborate on producing the very best work.
- You are passionate about developments in the shopper & Eccomm landscape, continually upgrading your understanding of what and how this can be leveraged for your client.
- You have experience working in a shopper / retailer agency and well versed in BTL POS Campaigns, integrated 360 campaigns, digital / social strategy and campaign development.
Communication and management skills:
- Leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
- Pro-active in handling multiple projects, complex situations and negotiations with a solutions-oriented approach to problems.
- Effective communicator and presenter
