What it's all about

• Join the Fanatics Live team as an intern! Get to know the ins and outs of a high growth marketplace startup by assisting the Account Managers through operational and administrative tasks. Perfect opportunity to get a taste of being in a startup commercial team working in a new industry!
• Big plus if you yourself are an avid Pop Culture or Sport collector!
• You'll be among the first to join the UK team, working directly with an Account
• Manager and will regularly engage with the sales team, the Ops & Tech teams.

We're looking for passionate personalities committed to:

• Join communities of collectors (on Facebook groups, Discord, etc.) and liaise with our market insider to become an expert of your assigned categories.
• Conduct prospecting activities to identify and engage sellers within assigned categories, leveraging platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Insta, email outreach and offline prospection.
• Manage inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and other channels, qualifying and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
• Strategically nurture and manage relationships with existing sellers to meet and exceed commercial targets.
• Plan and execute commercial events aimed at curating the most compelling offerings for our users.
• Proactively collect and analyze user insights from the Fanatics Live platform to formulate proposals and tailor effective communication for sellers.
• Work closely with Account Managers on day-to-day operational tasks

Key Requirements

• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your objectives
• You are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• French is a +
• You are great at relationship building and management
• You are structured, organised and detailed-oriented in your ways of working
• You are result-oriented and enjoy monitoring your performance metrics closely
• Sales, marketing job experience (casual/internship)
• Have completed a bachelor degree
