About The Role

As our Account Manager in the UK, you'll be responsible for maintaining top class relationships with our key agency and direct clients. Your effortless ability to build and maintain relationships will enable you to level up quickly. With a system-driven and organized mentality, you'll know how to ensure all your contacts are proactively engaged and communicated with regularly.

Your marketing knowledge and ability to learn quickly will enable you to translate gaming concepts into plain language, helping your clients understand each step of the journey.

What You Will Do

  • Working with agencies and brands to deliver integrated gaming campaigns
  • Overseeing the financial delivery of projects, including reconciling project costs, managing payments with finance and ensuring that we are paid on time.
  • Collaborate with game publishers and developers to implement IP partnerships
  • Manage branded live streams on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Mixer etc. and deliver social posts and campaign amplification
  • Work with production teams on branded content video campaigns for social
  • Providing overall support launching digital ad campaigns across in-game and website inventory in collaboration with ad operations
  • Build complex timelines including branded content production, live streams, influencer social posting and video and display inventory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, strategy, ad ops etc.) to ensure client success
  • Analyze campaign data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Data-led reporting and collaboration to internal and external stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships with our clients that shows that we are experts in gaming, and can be counted on as strong partners and consultants
  • Communicate client feedback to internal teams and drive improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide thought leadership to clients

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in account management
  • Deep knowledge of gaming and gaming marketing, evident from your application
  • Evidence managing advertising end to end advertising campaigns partnering with major brands and advertising agencies in the US
  • Experience negotiating and managing influencers/streamers, pre and post production management and working with external film crews
  • Project management expertise including co-ordination of complex timelines and helping teams to meet deadlines by briefing them appropriately
  • Expertise in social amplification across various platforms
  • Awareness of how direct IO/Programmatic Ad Operations work as part of the bigger campaign piece
  • Awareness of the realities of joining an ambitious, scaling new start-up
