About the role

Come join our asphalt reinforcement business. We work together with partners, to build better infrastructure together. With our steel-based solutions for structural (Mesh Track®) and non-structural road renovation (Fortifix®) we drive the move towards more durable, stable, long-lasting roads.

As the Account Manager for Road Reinforcement Products in the UK and Ireland, you'll be the main contact for road construction partners, offer support in promotions and sales, and strive to achieve sales targets for market growth.

Your impact:

  • You will develop and execute sales strategies, including market analysis and competitor evaluation, while collaborating with the European sales team.
  • You will be the primary contact for existing customers/partners, conducting price negotiations, product quality, and providing technical and project support.
  • You will provide support and advice to customers, including assisting with pilot projects, making technical-economic proposals, and coaching partners.
  • You will identify and approach potential new clients through various channels, such as internet searches and professional meetings, and prepare quotes for upcoming projects.
  • You will support marketing efforts by assisting in the creation of marketing materials, organizing promotional campaigns and information sessions, and attending industry fairs and events to network and gain market insights.

  • You drive an ambitious sales plan and securing growth in the regions with a founder's mentality and drive the business
  • You excel in communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Fluency in English
  • You possess proficiency in sales and negotiation, and you apply a value selling approach to your sales strategies.
  • You support our road reinforcement partners in the field of promotions, sales and marketing
  • You are willing to travel
  • You are eager to learn about technology, products, applications, systems, and tools.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining our CRM system.
