About The Role

Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge with one of the UK's leading Food Manufacturers?

We're currently recruiting for a Category Executive. You will be working across both Morrisons and External customers, working within the Category Team, within Insight, Consumer data, Food trend insights and Trade marketing proposals. Working jointly with the Commercial Team to help deliver 3 year plans for revenue and margin growth. An instrumental part of the Team making the essential step-change to a data and insight driven Manufacturing Business.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Relationship development & business build with Morrisons & Myton customers
  • Successful delivery of innovation required to enable successful Category partnerships to further grow new business
  • Build positive relationships with the Manufacturing site Teams, NPD and Senior Teams.
  • Presenting category reviews, identify issues & develop recommendations to influence and drive growth for Morrisons & our External customers
  • Understand and significantly contribute towards the 3 year strategy for Internal Category growth and External customer growth.

About You

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the UK grocery market
  • Cross channel Chilled Category & Consumer understanding

Skills

  • Aptitude for data translation into easily understood actionable presentations.
  • Strong presentation skills

Experience

  • Demonstrable success in data translation into actionable insight and presentation.
  • Experience and demonstrable success in a Chilled Food environment.
