Join our sales team in the UK as Account Manager in the Printing and Packaging Industry in the UK.

As our new Account Manager you will be part of our sales team that covers the Nordic and UK team that consist of 6 FTE within our European organisation.
You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting existing accounts, finding new business opportunities, managing your project pipeline, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ultimately delivering firm results to the organisation.
In addition you will also be the contact person for our business platform tesa Pro; this is our online platform where our customers can find product information, place orders and much more. You will be responsible for onboarding customers to tesa Pro and offer 1st level support.

What you will do:
- Builds/maintains relationship to customer and local decision maker
- Increase sales and profitability of assigned customers
- Secure and develop the existing business by providing competent advice to his/her defined customer base, by identifying new potential applications and by implementing new projects.
- Continuously develop project pipeline quality in order to achieve the set KPIs
- Understanding of prospects/customers' needs /pain points while working close cooperation with internal stakeholders, being present on the shop floor during product tests, follow up and provide continuous support
- Cross-Selling and Upselling opportunities, build relationship and conduct regular reviews
- Collect and maintain accurate customer/project data within the CRM system
- Execute deployment of new product launches
- Execute customer price management activities
- Provide fact-based information and customer access to Marketing, in order to improve the Marketing mix and complement the technology/product pipeline
- Ensure local implementation of Global and Regional Key Accounts
- Team up with regional marketing and support functions like Business Operations and Finance
What you will need
- A background and good understanding of the Printing and Packaging Industry
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the Printing industry with a proven track record
- Strong customer orientation and passion about building long-term partnerships
- Has a strong digital mindset and capabilities (incl. Office 365 applications)
- Working autonomously and self-driven, while proactively seeking support when needed
- Preference for a candidate that lives within proximity to our UK office in Milton Keynes
