Role Purpose
As a Content Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and optimizing compelling B2B content and partnership strategies across various digital platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with business goals, resonates with target audiences, and fosters meaningful connections. Your ability to combine creativity with data-driven insights will be essential in steering campaigns that both captivate and convert, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.
What will you do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content marketing strategy to support business objectives and brand positioning.
- Create, edit, manage and distribute high-quality content across various digital channels, including blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns. All with the goal of inspiring compliance, risk, procurement and legal professionals to comply with best practices and be a catalyst for ethical change throughout their value chains.
- On hand to pen regular content of your own while also working collaboratively with internal and external content producers, such as external production agencies and internal product leads and Subject Matter Experts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, including design, product, sales, and leadership to align content initiatives with overall business goals and to ensure all content produced is aligned with values, mission and vision.
- Audit content on a ongoing basis to ensure adequate coverage of top, middle and bottom of funnel content across key risk verticals and themes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content performance and make informed decisions on future campaigns and investments
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistency of messaging. This role will have broader responsibility for the global marketing calendar in collaboration with the global marketing function.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies and tactics in line with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and particularly our key risk areas of anti-bribery and corruption, sustainability, human rights, modern slavery and cyber risk.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of content marketing efforts, using analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster partnerships with external influencers, publishers, and media outlets to amplify content reach and impact.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
- Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency of content across regions and be confident to report on your findings, successes and any challenges.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Management
- Copywriting and editing should be a core part of your professional experience
- Content creation (editorial, visual, web, video), ability to direct others and experience self-generating content
- Content audit, to ensure appropriate content across top middle and bottom of funnel and key themes
- Social media management - extremely comfortable contributing to social media strategies and feeding into and executing on social media campaigns
- Must have tools:
- Hubspot or equivalent Marketing Automation Platform - at least 3 years hands on use
- Wordpress or equivalent CMS - comfortable creating and editing pages, working with variety of templates, utilising different media types
- Elementor - desirable
- Microsoft Office Suite
What else do you need to know
This role sits within the marketing team. The role will work alongside global marketing, sales and commercial teams in EMEA, North America and APAC.
