Account Manager (Nordics)

Position Overview

As part of our sales team, you will be at the forefront of enabling customers to realise their growth. Focused primarily on the Nordic region, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term relationships with existing and new clients in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' business needs and delivering tailored strategies to optimize their digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

  • Influencing EXA's overall approach to serving our Nordic clients, ensuring we are well positioned with existing and new customers to achieve incremental growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand and serve their business needs.
  • Prospect and identify potential industry clients through research, networking, and lead generation. Execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business and expand our market share within the region.
  • Effectively articulate EXA's value proposition, showcasing how our capabilities can optimize the communication infrastructure of our customers.
  • Build, lead, and execute a carefully planned account development plan that serves as a success roadmap for sales objectives being exceeded.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Handle, coordinate, collaborate and work with various cross-functional groups across the business.

Individual Profile

  • Experience in sales of telecommunications infrastructure services.
  • Experience in Nordic Regional sales in telecommunications sector is desirable.
  • Account Planning mindset that will underpin long term growth with customers
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with customers to secure sales that align with company strategy and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to operate comfortably at a senior level within the customer base.
