Knight Frank is looking to hire an Account Manager to join the Lettings & Completion department based at our Baker Street HQ.

Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.

Role:
Responsible for the management of overseas & domestic clients with a focus on maintaining relationships and generating new business within the London new homes sector. The account manager should have a good understanding of the London lettings market and will need to have strong business generation skills and be happy to work towards demanding targets.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a database of purchasers
- Provide exceptional customer service to a demanding client base.
- Business development
- Liaising with KF global network
- Negotiating fee structures
- Support the new homes teams with domestic and international exhibitions and launches, pricing exercises and marketing materials
- Building a network of Chinese introducers
- Maintaining knowledge of London new homes market
- Work with the lettings offices to strategically target new developments
- Calculate estimated rental values
- Cross sell KF finance and KF interiors and collaborate accordingly with internal teams
Key Experience Required:
- 1-2 years' experience in property related industry
- Literate and numerate in English and Mandarin (Essential)
- Fluent in Cantonese (Desirable)
- Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient with telesales
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends/evenings (rare)
