Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers, monitoring their accounts to provide opportunities for growth
- Development and implementation of client sales plans across a mixed product portfolio and territories to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Partner with the Customer Success team to carry out the activities through the client life cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value
- Support our product development function by suggesting new ideas and garnering client feedback where appropriate and in the launch process of new products
- Accurately record your sales activity via CRM through the buying stage from creation to closed won
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven track record in a 'sales' or 'business development/account management' role
- Excellent communication skills - in person, written and on the telephone
- Excellent attention to detail
- A commercial outlook
- Strong desire to achieve results and over perform.
