Overview:
This is a multi-faceted Account Manager role with responsibilities across, Post Office and Payzone distribution partner accounts. This role is responsible for relationship management and driving the sales revenue of these accounts. The role requires dedicated engagement and reporting capability of deliverables with both the client's day-to-day management team and similarly BHN internal teams. This role reports to the Director, Partner Sales and sits within the BHN Commerce Team.
The purpose of the role is to manage and drive sales in a range of verticals, including physical gift card malls, and where applicable, digital gift card malls, secondary placement and marketing, BHN own content and products.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Taking ownership of accounts and being responsible for growth and development in both sales and sales initiatives
- Internal BHN Teams: Working closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams to manage stock, fixtures and merchandising requirements.
- Marketing Activity & Approvals: Manage marketing calendar and deadlines for approvals. Responsible for liaising with clients, content support, and the UK One4all marketing manager to secure timely approvals
- Account development and Growth: Working with the Director, Partner Sales to develop relationships across client network (Area managers, day-to-day client relationship, strategic partners).
- Growth Initiatives: Supporting with the implementation of initiatives and key strategic growth plans throughout the year.
- General: Onboarding new products, planograms, marketing and additional POS, fixture implementation/changes, managing store and fixture lists
- Reporting & Analysis: sales, forecasts, merchandising report analysis, demand planning, moves budget monitoring, store performance management and analysis
Qualifications:
Skills and Experience
- Experience in dealing with and managing client accounts and relationships
- Ability to work with multiple revenue streams and verticals
- Relationship management expert regarding day-to-day contacts and where required at a senior level internally and externally
- Experience in supporting the development and creation of strategic plans and growth initiatives
- Ability to analyse data and form constructive commentary and recommendations
- Securing the participation of BHN own gift card brands in marketing initiatives and building out the distribution and sales volumes as well as securing the best positioning on in-store fixtures
Essential Skills
- Financial understanding of forecasts/margin/P&L/budgets - high proficiency in Excel
- Problem solving and ability to find solutions

- Excellent relationship management skills and collaborative approach
