Overview:

A team that has been created to drive the business development of Content across all Blackhawk channels. The department is responsible for building and growing the relationship with all Content partners including the Cyclescheme network to ensure we maximise the relationships.

The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for the development and management of Cyclescheme network. In total, the UK and Cyclescheme network has over 2600 partners, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support, communication and long-term relationships on these Brand and retail partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build strong relationships with Key partners and brands across the UK & Ireland, implement a strong comms and engagement plan alongside regular comms across our partner network channels
  • Support the Cyclescheme retail network across the UK and Ireland on a day-to-day basis, including our rental network.
  • Administrate the Cyclescheme retailer requirements ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency.
  • Develop and grow relationships with New Cyclescheme partners to maximise revenue, grow participation and improve efficient processes in place.
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end process of onboarding any new Cyclescheme UK or Ireland partners onto the Cyclescheme network and ensure that all company processes, deadlines and policies are adhered to.
  • Facilitate the Cyclescheme retailer contract process to ensure accurate and timely recording of commercial information.
  • Train & educate new partners on processes and Cycle to work guidance
  • Manage issue resolutions and escalation by raising, tracking and resolving promptly and liaising with internal business functions such as Finance, Legal, Distribution, Operations and Hawk Product.
  • Implement partner training and webinars support Knowledge and improve engagement.
  • Deliver & support store visit strategy
  • Continuously review and process and internal work instruction to support all Cyclescheme retail processes
  • Work closely with our contact centre to support all Retailer Partner enquiries.
  • Ensure that all marketing campaigns are supported and managed in line with our incentives marketing requirements.
  • Continuously review and deliver new opportunities to maximise the Cycle

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal skills - flexible style - tenacious and confident to positively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong commercial awareness - experience of assessing P&L and sales performance reports
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated - with an ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Passionate team player, proactive and results driven
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Passion for Cycling but not essential.
