Overview

The role in a nutshell

Our Employee Experience team help clients to build people powered

businesses to believe in, with our work spanning the entire employee

lifecycle from employer brand-building to internal communications,

change and engagement.

Our Account Managers are essential to our award-winning work. You'll

manage clients, write briefs and deliver creative projects through from

ideas to execution.

We're looking for someone that is proactive, someone that puts their hand

up and is passionate about building strong relationships with their clients.

Responsibilities

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Be a 'trusted 'advisor' to clients

Confident communicating with clients and comfortable offering advice and opinions to guide them, whilst understanding commercials and clients in a way that allows you to drive things forwards. You have strong knowledge about the communication landscape, employee experience and able to articulate this in line with the team's offering.

A great communicator

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, whether it's

writing a brief or emailing clients. You can demonstrate presentation skills and ability to sell, whilst also able to constructively debate with clients in order to convey our point of view.

Taking ownership over projects

Hitting deadlines, organising the project, creating client SOWs accurately from agency templates which are cohesive to the agency's way of working. Can brief, evaluate a produce a broad range of comms.

Employer branding know-how

From EVP development to recruitment marketing strategies; you will be passionate about people communications

Help to grow the accounts

Identify new opportunities with existing clients, support new business and activate opportunities with support. Shows signs of being able to spot potential growth opportunities.


Be a juggler

Work successfully to manage multiple projects and clients at once, proactively finding ways to manage potential issues

Problem solver

Develop ideas and solutions to meet the client need and be

pro-active in following these up with them.

You take responsibility and are proactive in order to drive projects forwards. Occasionally you will contribute to thought leadership and business development through activities like blog writing and event presentations.
