How you'd spend your day
Your Day-to-Day as an Account Manager
You will work as part of a close-knit team of three, reporting to the Group Account Director. This team sits within a wider portfolio group of client leadership and project managers numbering 20, dedicated to delivering outstanding digital solutions for Samsung and other key accounts.
Your primary focus will be managing medium-sized projects and supporting larger digital enhancements and innovation activations across web, app, and mobile. In addition to this, your work will also include campaign development during peak periods, contributing to a variety of impactful and creative projects.
You will be responsible for managing projects end to end, including scoping, planning, and budgetary management, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. A key part of your role will be driving delivery excellence, championing innovation, and elevating creative execution to exceed client expectations.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work with internal teams-including Project Management, Creative, Design, UX, Analytics, and Tech-to deliver innovative digital solutions that meet user needs. Enthusiasm, clarity of communication, and a proactive approach are essential to achieving success in this role.
